All return & exchange requests must be made within 3 days from receipt of delivery.
returns/exchanges- must be received within 7 days of the issued return authorization number.
A Southern Palm has the right to refuse return of goods that do not meet our return policy requirements.
HOW TO RETURN AN ORDER / EXCHANGE
I. Email us: Shop@ASouthernPalm.com we will then issue you a return authorization number.
II. Before shipping out the return,*Please make sure the RA (return authorization number) is written clearly on the outside of the package. If at all possible, please include a printed copy of the original order packing slip or RA issued email inside the return package.
III. Merchandise should be placed securely in a pre-paid package, and must be received by A Southern Palm within 7 days of receipt of return authorization. ASP does not pay for shipping cost for returned packages.
Following these 3 easy steps, will ensure that we are able to process your return and credit your account as quickly as possible. We aim to process refunds within 1-2 business days upon receiving returns.
We recommend that all return packages be shipped via UPS, FedEx, or insured USPS. Please consider purchasing insurance for the return package as A Southern Palm does not take any responsibility for reimbursement or compensation in the event that any return packages are lost, stolen, or mishandled.
